Ground to Front Rack – Power Clean with bar, Alternating KB/DB Hang Cleans, Sumo Deadlift High Pull with KB/DB or Plate
Ground to hips – Deadlift with bar, KB or Plate. Russian swings (if not done in G2FR)
If using single arm KB/DB swap sides after every 5 reps.
