These are touch and go reps.

Superset with 5 high box jumps.


B. E2M for 20 (10 sets)

  • 7/10 cal bike MAX sprint
  • Or 10/13 Row or Ski MAX SPRINT

(10 rounds total)

This should be absolutely flat out.
