In 11min complete:
- 800m Run (or 1km row)
- 75 Squats
- 50 Sit-ups
- 25 Push-ups
- Then as many burpees as possible.
Score is total reps completed after the run.
So if 10 burpees, score would be 75+50+25+10 = 160
This WOD is a Baseline WOD for those doing the Whole Life Challenge but will be a good test for all, as we will be re-testing in 8 weeks time.
