This week will be officially known as “Get to know your fellow CFQ’ers” week.
I would like everyone to make a big effort to introduce yourself to people who you have not yet meet, have a chat with new people before or after the WOD and partner up with different people in the warm-up as required.
You will also not on the small whiteboard there is note for all members to write up 2 CF related goals that they would like to achieve by the end of 2013. Have a think about it and get your goals up there by the end of the week.
