Finisher: Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (2 sets of each):
- 1 – Accumulate 45-60 sec bar hang
- 2 – 60 seconds of Side-Plank Hold (Left Side)
- 3 – Accumulate 45-60 sec ring hold
- 4 – 60 seconds of Side-Plank Hold (Right Side)
