Choose your adventure Athletes to complete:
- 500m Row / 400m Run or 800/1000m Bike
- 20 Walking Lunges (Ideally weighted with KB, DB, or plate holding in farmers carry, front rack or overhead. Unweighted as required)
- 500m Row / 400m Run or 800/1000m Bike (Ideally different to what was completed in task 1)
Record time for each set.
Ideally getting at least 1-2 min rest, so adjust accordingly
