A. Back Squat

B. Every 8 minutes, for 24 minutes (3 sets)

Choose your adventure Athletes to complete:

  1. 500m Row / 400m Run or 800/1000m Bike
  2. 20 Walking Lunges (Ideally weighted with KB, DB, or plate holding in farmers carry, front rack or overhead. Unweighted as required)
  3. 500m Row / 400m Run or 800/1000m Bike (Ideally different to what was completed in task 1)

Record time for each set.

Ideally getting at least 1-2 min rest, so adjust accordingly
