Okay guys, so this is how tomorrow will work –
- Each pair will compete in 3 WOD’s throughout the morning. You will need to decide with your partner whether you will be in Category 1, 2 or 3.
- How you will decide this is via the scaling of weights listed in each of the WOD’s below. (1/2/3)
- To give you an idea – Category 1 is Women’s Beginner/Intermediate, Category 2 is Mens Intermediate/Women’s Rx and Category 3 is Men’s Rx.
- You will need to remain in the same Category for all 3 WOD’s so choose wisely.
- If you have yet to be partnered up, then don’t worry we will sort you out in the morning at 7.30am.
- Warm-up from 7.30am which you will be free to do as you wish.
- A full schedule of WOD times will be up at the gym on your arrival.
- One person for each pair will be required to score in another category’s heat, so ensure you are aware of your scoring responsibility.
- We will be running to a tight schedule so be prepared.
- BBQ Brekkie to follow from 10am
WOD 1 –Wall Ball Love
- 400m Run & Carry with Wall Ball (5/7/9)
- 40 Partner Wall Balls
- 40 Partner Wall Ball Sit-ups
- 200m Run with Wall Ball
- 20 Partner Wall Balls
- 20 Partner Sit-ups
- 100m Run with Wall Ball
- 10 Partner Wall Balls
- 10 Partner Sit-ups
WOD 2 – Cleaning Up
AMRAP in 5 mins
- As many power cleans as possible. (30/40/60)
- Change with your partner when you wish
- Partner not working must hold position in bottom of squat, no reps counted if not in squat position
WOD 3 – Row, Lift & Jump
- Row 1km (approx.. 500m each)
Then complete 3 Rounds each, alternating each round of:
- 10 x Deadlift (45/65/95)
- 10 x BXJ (18/20/24)
