20min AMRAP of:

  • 200m Run
  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

A twist on a known girl who punished a few of us last time she popped into the box……

WOD to be followed in the afternoon by our first ever social function at Lawn Bowls and we would love to see you all there.

Time: 3pm to 8pm (Feel free to just come down & join us for as longas you can)

Where: Melville Bowls Club (Canning Hwy, next to Tompkins Park)

What: Lawn Bowls and BBQ Dinner (We will put some burgers on the BBQ as the sun goes down)

Who: Feel free to bring your partners and your children

Cost: $10 per adult (This covers bowling and CFQ will provide snacks/BBQ dinner)

Drinks: The bar at the bowls club will also be open for you to purchase any beverages that you see fit.

If you are a new member at CFQ don’t be shy, come down and join us, as this is one of the best ways to get to know your other members.
