    A tough WOD but everyone got through all 5 Rounds!

    Thought I’d give this workout a go while we’re away. Had Shona time me. Had to substitute pull ups for dips.

    5:37.6, 5:38.1, 6:14.5, 6:22.6, 6:17.5.
