CFQ Lucky Dip Partner WOD
3 x 7 min AMRAPs
- While one person runs 100m, the other partner completes random movement for reps.
- 3 Rounds of this with approx. 3-5mins rest in between
- We will change partners for each round
- Winners are group with highets reps in 7min round.
Congrats to CFQ Member Nico, who last week officially became an Australian Citizen, had his first VB after completing Tough Mudder and was crowned CFQ Member of the Week for his outstanding teamwork & motivation last Sunday. Australia (& CFQ) is lucky to have you Nico!
