Complete as many reps as possible in 4mins of:
- 15 Thrusters (29kg/45kg)
- 15 Chest to Bar Pull ups
If you complete 90 reps (3 rounds) in under 4mins then time extends to 8mins…..
If you complete 180 reps (6 rounds) in under 8mins then time extends to 12 mins……etc….
