  • 20 Deadlifts (85/125kg)
  • Run 400m
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (24/32)
  • Run 400m
  • 20 Overhead Squats (35/52kg)
  • Run 400m
  • 20 Burpees
  • Run 400m
  • 20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • Run 400m
  • 20 Box jumps (20″/24?)
  • Run 400m
  • 20 Squat Cleans (35/52kg – Same weight on bar as OHS weight)
  • Run 400m

Once you have had the chance to digest that I want you to think about and decide what weight/scaling you will be doing for each of the movements tomorrow. Write it down and come prepared as you will be required to write it on the board as soon as you get to your WOD tomorrow. You need to start being prepared, especially on these longer WODs as otherwise it holds up the following classes.

Also note that most of these weights are heavier than normal, so this means you should probably go a bit heavier than normal as well….

lumberjack 20

On Nov. 5 at 1:34 p.m., a terrorist named Major Nidal Hasan attacked fellow soldiers and civilians at Fort Hood, Texas. When the shooting ended, he had killed 12 soldiers and one civilian and wounded 43 others.

Spc. Frederick Greene, 29, of Mountain City, Tennessee, Pfc. Aaron Thomas Nemelka, 19, of West Jordan, Utah, Pfc. Michael Pearson, 22, of Bolingbrook, Illinois, and Spc. Kham Xiong, 23, of St. Paul, Minnesota, along with eleven of the wounded were active CrossFitters in the 20th Engineer Battalion, home to Lumberjack CrossFit.
