Tabata is 8 Rounds of 20 sec work, 10 sec rest (4mins). Complete all 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on. No rest between changing exercises so ensure all equipment is ready.
Score is the lowest reps completed in any one round. Score each exercise.
For example, you may get 10 Burpees in first round (20s) then 8, 8, 7, 3, 6, 6 and 6. Your score for burpees is 3.
Even if you start the exercises out of order, put your scores on the board as ordered above. (ie. Bec – 3, 12, 7, 10)

Special mention to both Abbey and Amy (our 2 pocket rocket personal trainers) who repeated the workout again with the 6.15pm class. The looks on their faces halfway through suggested they were regretting their decision but they pushed through to the very end! Very impressive ladies.
