  • Minute 2: Max Double Unders / Double Under Practice
  • Minute 3: 3 x Wall Walks
    • Hold 5 secs at top in handstand hold and lower down with control

B. 10min AMRAP

  • 5 HR Push-ups
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 100m Run
