Transferring the new skills learnt last week with the Med Ball Clean to the barbell. Plenty of time to practice this today and for those new to the movement we will be focusing more on technique than breaking any Russian Weightlifting Records.
Also this coming Monday (Public Holiday) we will be running 2 x WOD’s at 8am and 8.45am (No 6am or evening classes) with both to be followed by a BBQ Brekafast. We hope to see you there!
