  • 10 Gymnastics Press (Ring dips, HSPU or Push-ups)

AMRAP 2

  • 10/12 Calories Row
  • 10 Gymnastics Core (Toes to Bar, Toes to rings, V-sits or 20 Sit-ups)

AMRAP 3

  • 6/8 Cal Bike
  • 5-10 Gymnastics Pull (Pull-ups, Chest to Bar, Strict Pull-ups, Ring Rows, Bar Muscle ups, Ring Muscle ups)

1 mins rest in between.
