Before you get the box to train, I want you all to have identified what weight you are aiming for in the C&J rather than spending the first 15mins of your time trying to figure it out. 

If you need to click on Workout of the Day tab on the website and in the search box check out your recent clean & split jerk scores.

Weightlifting attire is optional…though when you can C&J 235kg then you can wear what you like!
