    Special mention to Nico who completed the WOD 3 times this afternoon on top of his 60 burpees for being late to the 5.15pm class. He completed the WOD the 2nd time as he was late to the first class then joined Mel in the late class so he wouldn’t be on his own. I think you well and truly worked off those beers from the weekend Nico, totally impressed.
