5 Rounds of 3 min AMRAP of:
- 3 Power Cleans (42.5/60)
- 6 Push-ups
- 9 Squats
1 min rest between each 3 min round.
Start each round where you finished n the previous round (ie. if you stopped on 6 squats, you will start with 3 squats then move back to Power Cleans).
Score is total rounds plus reps at end of all 5 rounds.
