A. Gymnastics Skill Practice

EMOM 10 (5 sets of each)

Pick 2 exercises and spend some time either working on skill practice or building bodyweight strength for that movement.

Skills: Rope climbs, handstand walks, butterfly pull-ups, pistols, muscle ups

Strength: Strict pull-ups, dips, HSPU lowers, vsits, hollow rocks/holds

 

B. 16 min AMRAP

  • 1 Wall Walk
  • 1 Rope climb
  • 30m farmers carry (2 x 24/32) (To front gate & back or set up 7.5m sections x 4)
  • 200m run
