Skills: Rope climbs, handstand walks, butterfly pull-ups, pistols, muscle ups
Strength: Strict pull-ups, dips, HSPU lowers, vsits, hollow rocks/holds

- 30m farmers carry (2 x 24/32) (To front gate & back or set up 7.5m sections x 4)
- 200m run
