  3. Pretty happy about the no squats – my quads are on fire! not that I’m assuming they’ll get a rest tonight… haha

    • If it makes you feel any better Brigid, my legs were so heavy this morning that I failed my 2nd Box Jump before my legs realised that I still needed them to fire up a bit to get me through. Bit of a rest for the hand grip too after pull-ups & KBS the past 2 days.
