Well we have…….

STANDARD CROSSFIT PROGRAM 

Unlimited Classes

$110 / fortnight – attend as often as you like.

This option best suits those who are ready to jump straight in, take action and see instant improvements.

Two sessions per week 

$85 / fortnight – for 2 classes per week.

This is a great option for those looking to get involved gradually. Two classes per week ensures consistency and steady improvement!

  • All payments to be made via direct debit – no cash is taken at the box.
  • No set-up fees or lock in/minimum sign up periods.
  • Membership can be put on hold for periods of 2 weeks or more with prior notice.

 

FOUNDATIONS 

All new members wanting to move into classes for our standard CrossFit prorgam are required to complete the CFQ Foundations Course with us before joining up to a 2/week or unlimited class membership.

The course involves 4 x 1 hour sessions  to familiarise yourself with the key movements and costs $250 for all 4 sessions. This also includes 2 weeks unlimited classes immediately following your Foundations.

VISTORS (Casual)

$25 cash per session or $60 for a week.

Multi-session or weekly rates also available – just drop us a line to discuss.

Experienced CrossFitters only (3 months plus) – not suitable for newbies.

Must email info@crossfitquartermelville.com to book in before attending a class.
