 Strict Pull-up or Ring Row

 Strict T2B

  • 5-5-5-5

Superset movements so do 5 reps of each before moving to next and then complete 4 rounds.

 

B. 3 x 3min AMRAPs = 9 mins total

  • 400m Run or Row
  • Max rep KBS (16/24)

No rest in between, just run again at 3 minute and 6 min mark
