  • Round 1. Front Squat
  • Round 2. Squat Clean
  • Round 3. Hang Squat Clean
  • Round 4. Squat Clean
  • Round 5. Front Squat

 Run is buy in, then max front squats until 2 minutes is up. Next round is buy in run plus max squat cleans, next is buy in run plus max hang squat cleans.
