  • 10 step Standing Crab walk each side

 

B. For time:

  • 150 KBS (24/32)

Start every minute with 7 box jumps (including 0) at 20“/24”

  • Rx plus is 24/30” box
  • Goal time 12-16 mins
  • Time cap is 18 mins
  • Broad jump if no box .
  • DB Swing or ground to overhead with plate
