A. 15 mins to build to your heaviest squat clean


 B. 2mins on 1min off for 15 (5 rnds)

100m Run then into max reps of:

  • Round 1. Front Squat (42.5/60)
  • Round 2. Squat Clean
  • Round 3. Hang Squat Clean
  • Round 4. Squat Clean
  • Round 5. Front Squat

Run is buy in, then max front squats until 2 minutes is up.

Next round is buy in run plus max squat cleans, next is buy in run plus max hang squat cleans.

 Score reps each round – not run.
