Squat or power – athletes choice

Perhaps 1-3 reps our newer athletes/teens if working on technique.

 

B. 15 min AMRAP

  • 200m Run
  • 21 KBS (16/24)
  • 15 Box jumps (20”/24”)
  • 9 Pull ups

Should be no major road blocks in this workout and should move through relatively freely.
