Scaling options;

  • Practice headstands & frog stands
  • Practice using a wall
  • Practice with a partner as a spot
  • Practice on your own

Tip: Bend your fingers to help you use them for balance.

 

B. 5 rounds of:

  • 400m run
  • 15 deadlifts (40/60)

18 minute cap
