- 400m Run forwards (each team member, tag to change)
- 400m run backwards (each team member, tag to change)
- Then 10 rounds of:
- 10 partner lunges (synchronized steps)
- 20 single skips (same rope)
Like all good events, one of the best parts is the post-race pub lunch & debrief!
