 Partner WOD – Primal Pairs Workout 3

  •  400m Run forwards (each team member, tag to change)
  • 400m run backwards (each team member, tag to change)
  • Then 10 rounds of:
    • 10 partner lunges (synchronized steps) 
    • 20 single skips (same rope) 

Like all good events, one of the best parts is the post-race pub lunch & debrief!
