B. Every 6mins for 18mins (3 sets)

 

  • Row 500m
  • 20 Alternating DB Snatches (15/22.5)
  • 30/40 HR Push-Ups

Score time each round.

Focus on your push-up technique and standard.

Straight, tight body (squeeze quads, glutes and tummy) moving through full range with chest all the way to the ground. If you cannot hit the ground for full reps  without snaking then rest and break into smaller sets or scale to an ab mat or onto your knees.
