A. Squat Clean

Power clean & front squat combo for newer athletes.



  • 400m Run
  • 8 Front Squats (65/90)


Barbell originates from the ground – no racks.

 Must be front squats – squat cleans do not count. If squat clean it up then do another 8 reps.

Rx weights is 65/90 but all athletes are encouraged to scale up/down so that the load is between 75-85% of your 1-RM Squat clean.

 Rx plus is allowed.
