  • Max set ring hold (sec)
  • Max set unbroken HSPU

3 x 5 min AMRAP

AMRAP 1

  • 100m Run
  • 10 Gymnastics Press (Ring dips, HSPU or Push-ups)

 AMRAP 2

  • 10 Calories (Row or Bike)
  • 10 Gymnastics Core (Toes to Bar, Toes to rings, V-sits or 20 Sit-ups)

 AMRAP 3

  • 10 Burpees
  • 5-10 Gymnastics Pull (Pull-ups, Chest to Bar, Strict Pull-ups, Ring Rows, Bar Muscle ups, Ring Muscle ups)
