Skills Practice (Athletes choice)
1- Static hold movement (Handstand on wall, freestanding, hang on bar, ring hold)
2 – Pull-up movement (strict, kipping, muscle ups, rope climb)
3 – Bodyweight pressing movement (Dips, push-ups, HSPU)
Not for max reps just practice movements
B. Max reps in 5 mins of:
- Pull-ups
- HSPU
- T2B
1 min between each.
Only count full reps. Be strict on yourself.
