A. Clean complex

In 18 minutes build to a heavy set of the following complex:

  • 1 Power clean + 1 Pause squat clean + Power clean + 1 Pause squat clean

*Pause below the knee

 

B. For time:

  • 30 Squat Cleans (50/70)

   12 min cap

 

Finisher: Slow, steady 800m run or row to flush out the legs.
