Benchmark WOD: “Mary”

20 min AMRAP

  • 5 Handstand push-ups
  • 10 Alt. pistol squats
  • 15 Pull-ups

 

Possible scaling options:

  • Option 1: Push-ups, air squats, 10 ring rows per round
  • Option 2: HSPU w/ abmat + pistols to a low box (or stack of plates) + 10 pull-ups per round

 

Finisher:

5 Sets for quality:

  • 20-30s Ring support hold
  • 100m Farmers carry
