- 10 Alt. pistol squats
- 15 Pull-ups
Possible scaling options:
- Option 1: Push-ups, air squats, 10 ring rows per round
- Option 2: HSPU w/ abmat + pistols to a low box (or stack of plates) + 10 pull-ups per round
