A. E30 sec for 5 mins (10 lifts)

  • 1 x Clean & Jerk

 Then immediately into EMOM 6 

  • 1 x Clean & Jerk

 

Building over the course of 16 lifts.

Add weight if movement is sound and feeling good.

 

B. “Skippy”

EMOM 15

  • 3 x Ground to Overhead (50/70)
  • Max DU’s in remaining time

 Score is total DU’s or total singles achieved. If no DU’s then every 2nd minute we want you to practice. Alternating minutes do singles.

Rx is heavy as we have done this before but consider your weights. You should be able to do the 3 lifts in under 20 sec so consider this for your weight.
