  • 1 x Power Clean & Jerk

 

B. EMOM for 14 (7 sets)

  • Even – 5 x Ground to Overhead (50/70)
  • Odd – 50 Double Unders

 

Adjust DU reps as needed. Should be able to completed in 45 sec for first few rounds.

Adjust weight for C&J to ensure 5 reps can be achieved under 50 sec. Reduce weight as required.
