B. WLC Challenge  

In 11 min complete:

  • 800m Run (or 1km row)
  • 75 Squats
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 25 Push-ups
  • Then as many burpees as possible.

Score is total reps completed after the run.

So if you completed 10 burpees, score would be 75+50+25+10 = 160

The WLC finishes today after 8 long weeks, so we all get the opportunity to re-test this WOD from 13th Jan 2014. Check results here!
