Minute 1 – 6-10 Russian Swings + 6-10 Goblet Squats

Minute 2 – 8-12 V-sits

Minute 3 – 8-12 (Alt DB Snatch + One O/H Lunge)

Minute 4 – 30-50 Double Unders

Minute 5 – Rest

 

Adjust reps as required to try to make all 30 mins

DB Snatch scaled to Plate G2OH with one lunge. Change lunge leg each time.
