A. Warm-up
Athletes to take 10 mins to build to weight to be used in Part B
Heaviest load for 8RM from ground.
B. Every 4 minutes, for 32 minutes (8 sets) for total load:
- 400 Meter Run
- 8 Shoulder to Overhead
As heavy as possible BUT must be unbroken – if you have to put it down that is your set done and you should reduce weight.
Note the reps completed & load used for each set, then total up the load successfully lifted over the course of the eight sets.
(Ie. If all 8 reps completed @ 70 x 8 sets = 4,480kg)
