Building in weight if form remains solid. 

 

B. Every 5 mins for 15 mins (3 sets) complete:

  • 600m Run
  • 9 Power Cleans (60/85)

Time each set. 

Scale back to 400m if required. 

Weight should be quite heavy – likely singles, 2’s or 3’s max
