A. Back Squat

  • 5-5-3-2-2-2-2

Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):

  • *Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70-74% of 1-RM
  • *Set 2 – 5 reps @ 75-79%
  • *Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80-84%
  • *Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85-89%
  • *Sets 5-7 – 2 reps @ 90-94%

B. For time:

  • 20 Thrusters (30/42.5)
  • 20 Burpee BXJO (20?/24?)
  • 15 Thrusters
  • 15 Burpee BXJO
  • 10 Thrusters
  • 10 Burpee BXJO
