Non-sharing Partner WOD
30 min AMRAP
Alternate movements of the following:
- 200m Run
- 30 Kettlebell Swings (16/24)
- 25 Shoulder to Overhead (30/42.5)
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Strict Pull-Ups
While it is a partner workout – you will use all of your own equipment. Simply set up in the station next to your partner. No high five to change.
Ideally each movement should take the person 1-1.5 mins allowing similar work/rest ratio.
Adjust load accordingly to ensure you can move through reps without too much rest.
KBS and S2O in 2 sets max.
