- Even – 8-10 Weighted Squats, Lunge or Step ups
- Odd – 8-10 Bent over Row
Barbell or KB/DB. If KB/DB then 4-5 each side.
No equipment = 45 sec jump squats / 45 sec push-ups
B. 10 min AMRAP
- 15 Box Jump Overs
- 10 DB/KB Complex (1 complex = 1 DB Snatch + 2 Alternating Reverse Overhead Lunges L&R)
