Or create EMOM 10 for more competent athletes.

 

B. EMOM 18 (6 sets)

  • 1: 5 Thrusters (heavy)
  • 2: 10 Chest to Bar / Normal Pull Ups / 5 Muscle ups
  • 3: 30 Double Unders
