In teams of two, alternating each movement, complete 10 rounds for time of:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Wall Balls (7/9)
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step-Overs (15/22.5 over  20?/24?)

 

(Partner A runs 400 meters; Partner B performs 30 Wall Ball Shots; etc….)

50 min cap (5 min rounds)
