*Both athletes perform the run at the same time

 

Please note this as this is a public holiday and Abbey will be opening the gym from 7.45am to 9am.

If you wish to attend this WOD there will be a set warm up that you will go through from 8am and have weights ect sorted by 8.15am . Although Abbey will be there she will not be coaching this WOD. (she will be participating in it) 

If you did not want to do the WOD, please feel free to do open gym, just make sure you come in with enough time to be finished by 9am.
