A. 15mins gymnastics practice

Choose three exercise and perform a skill set.

Ie. :“Three sets, Muscle-Ups x 3-5 reps / Handstand Walks x 5 Meters / Pistols x 3-5 reps each leg

 

B.  Tabata Mash-Up

  • Russian KBS (24/32)
  • Push-Ups
  • Box Jump-Overs (20”/24)
  • Sit-ups

8 sets 20 on/10 off. 

No rest between exercises.

Score is total reps of each exercise.
