  • Even= 3-5 Strict Press (DB or KB) each arm
  • Odd= 5-8 Bent Over Row (KB or DB) each arm

 

B. EMOM 10

  • 8 Push Press
  • Max Double Unders

Score & record only your best round of DU’s (One number)

 Part A – No equipment Teens = 8-10 Push-ups or Pike/Box HSPU & 8-10 Vsits on odd

 Part B – Push Press – Barbell (35/50), Double DB & KB, Single (4 each side), Plate Shoulder to Overhead or 8 Push-ups.

No Rope then max object jump overs.
