Morning, how are the situps to be done please?
The sit-ups were just our normal standard touching in front of your toes when you come forward. The 20/24 was just a typo or maybe Bec was gonna make us do box jumps!
Thanks Candice. Rod – as Candice said, they are our standard sit-ups. Double hand touch behind the head, double hand touch in front of the toes.
